The Lahinch 10 mile costs 20 euro to enter.

No, Tshirts were available for the first 400 entrants only. However ALL entrants will receive a unique finishers medal
Q: Where can I park?
Parking is available in Clare County Council car parks at a cost of 2euro for 2 hrs or 4 euro for the day and accompanying areas. Space is limited so please carpool if possible and please respect our neighbours

Can I enter on the day?
Yes, registration will open from 11.00 to 12.30am sharp on Race Day.
Q: Where do I get my race number and chip?
Registration will take place in Sea World Hall beside the Swimming Pool on The Promenade in Lahinch.
PLEASE REMEMBER YOU WILL NEED TO CHECK IN AT EACH OF THE RACES IF YOU ARE TAKING PART IN THE SERIES. LOST BIBS WILL BE CHARGED A €2 ADMINISTRATION FEE. YOU MUST KEEP HOLD OF YOUR BIB.

No, so please respect the stewards and respect the rules of the road at all times
Q: Will I get an official finishing time?
Yes all results will be posted here after the event.
Q: Is the course marked in miles or kilometres?
It will be marked in Miles.
Q: Will there be water stations on the course?
Yes, at approximately 3.3 miles and 6.6 miles and water will be available at the finish line
Q: What First Aid facilities do you have?
Civil defence will be on hand to offer assistance to anyone in distress
Q: Will there be refreshments available after the race?
Yes, refreshments will be available in The Hall at Sea World.
Will there be toilets?
Yes, toilets will be available on the Promenade and we will also have portaloos near the start
Q: Are there finisher’s medals?
Yes, each finisher will receive a unique finishers medal
Q: Are there prizes?
Yes, there are the following categories
Male and Female 1st 2nd 3rd.
There will also be finishers picked at random to receive Spot Prizes.

I declare that I will abide by the laws and rules of the Athletics Association of Ireland (AAI). I will not compete in the race unless I am medically fit to do so on the day and I accept that I will be participating entirely at my own risk. I accept that Clare County Council, Ennis Town Council, its Servants or Agents, the Organizing Committee, its Members, Associates, Partners and Sponsors will not be liable for any loss, damage, illness or injury whatsoever directly or indirectly occasioned by or resulting from the negligence, wrongful act or default of Clare County Council, Ennis Town Council, its Servants or Agents, the Organizing committee, its Members, Associates, Partners or Sponsors, or from any other cause including an act of God or my own physical condition. I accept that the Organisers, their Sponsors and Partners will not be liable for any action, claim, costs or expenses that may arise in consequence of my participation of the event. By entering, I give my permission to Run Clare to use my name, quotes and photographic likeness for promotional and marketing purposes.
